If I were a painter……….

 

 

and I wanted to re-assure my customers and attract referrals. I would

  1. guarantee at my quotation that the house would be left as good as it was found
  2. that my staff would treat the customer with courtesy and respect
  3. show that all my staff have been checked and vetted
  4. guarantee that we would arrive promptly – within 5 minutes of an agreed time
  5. that the customer would be 100% satisfied with the work

All with a guarantee – a personal guarantee & one on which I would build my reputation and then ask for a referral each and every time!

Business doesn’t have to be tough – don’t make it so!
