If I were a painter……….
and I wanted to re-assure my customers and attract referrals. I would
- guarantee at my quotation that the house would be left as good as it was found
- that my staff would treat the customer with courtesy and respect
- show that all my staff have been checked and vetted
- guarantee that we would arrive promptly – within 5 minutes of an agreed time
- that the customer would be 100% satisfied with the work
All with a guarantee – a personal guarantee & one on which I would build my reputation and then ask for a referral each and every time!
